       Welcome to S.E.A.D.S. Services (SEADS LLC), we offer field service for your computer hardware and software issues. Service contracts on your computer hardware and software are available from us.  We offer support, sales, and service of new and older computer software and technology. S.E.A.D.S. Services has Microsoft Certified, per request for an additional fee, personnel on our staff to help with client, server, and network design, deployment, installation and maintenance for the small to medium business as well as the home office professionals. Secondarily we offer webpage hosting both for the corporate user as well as small businesses,  and  individuals. We provide free web space on our system to community organizations and special interest groups. In addition e-mail, chat, message forum, and file hosting services are available for our clientele. In addition we are in the process of reviewing the viability of offer online gaming services.

       SEADS LLC is a small privately owned corporation in the South Florida area. We have been in business since June 6, 1992. Our company started as a small local community Bulletin Board Service (BBS) running from one a single Windows 3.x computer out of our Fort Lauderdale office. We ran a communications package that was popular than, ProComm Plus for Windows. In 1996 we migrated our BBS to a small network of three machines running Wildcat 5.0. We upgraded our network to include 7 machines 11 CD ROM's and over 34 Gigs of drive space late in 1997. We have since bumped our server space to over 300GB.

       Our current web server is IIS 5.0 running on a Windows 2000 server. We own and operate an internet domain name server. This allows for a very fine level of control over the websites we host.  Our webmasters are trained in HTML, Java, ActiveX, and multimedia technologies such as Macromedia Flash and Shockwave.  They can provide custom help and advice for page design, creation, maintenance and management.  Our webmasters are also available for creation, deployment and management of entire websites for both your corporate internet and intranet presence. A corporate intranet can provide vital information to keep your staff informed of important corporate activities, contacts and information.

        In addition we have onsite training, by our skilled staff, available to our clients. S.E.A.D.S. Services can train small groups and individuals in the many fields of expertise this includes general computer use, word wide web, office applications, etc.

Warranties Information:

All items sold by SEADS have a 30 day warrantee unless otherwise stated. Some items will be installed with a full 1 year onsite warrantee depending on purchase and if installation is included or installation is par of a billable SEADS Service call. If Limited Warrantee is listed on an Item for sale from SEADS this implies the item will only have a 30 day warrantee from SEADS LLC though the item may carry a 1 - 3 years manufactures warrantee. Consult the product manufactures for full disclosure of your warrantee rights.

Onsite Training Program

Our staff will come to your home or office and provide onsite training and services for all your users. Our technicians will work with you, Your staff or your organization in a hands on environment to help new users as well as seasoned veterans to learn software applications, hardware maintenance, or the internet. These services are billed on an hourly basis ranging from $40.00 an hour up to $300.00 an hour depending on your needs and level of services desired.
